I find I can no longer function in the morning until I have had a coffee.

Bit concerning.

cant do anything until i have had a coffee, they do this coffee in tescos called rocket fuel and its jet black and my god it wakes you up good and proper

Hi

I drink too much coffee, I could have one just before bed and sleep fine. If I havent had one for a day or to I really feel it.

look up at a white ceiling, if it looks a bit pink then you have troubles

Same, I wake up 2 cups of coffee before I leave for work then whatever left in the machine goes in a thermos flask for the drive In! Used to drink 3 cans of relentless a day got to be better than that!

Never heard that, why so ?

Can't see the ceiling as the lights are too bright

I only started drinking coffee when I quit drinking Irn Bru. 5-6 cans a day to zero method. That lunchtime I had to buy coffee since I physically couldn't stay awake.

Wouldn't say I was dependent on it, but I function a lot better with it than without.

i literally am worried that i drink too much, i am deffo addicted to coffee

I used to drink loads, drink a bit less now.

I have a cup every morning but I'd get on fine without it, caffeine has 0 effect on me either, I've been drinking coffee since I was about 8.
