Gentlemen

I have some specific needs for a car.

must be available for 4-5k with 50k on the clock.

not bothered about age (up to mid/ late 90's really), insurance, looks, mpg.

Must have around 300bhp, 5 seats, be interesting.

Currently legacy gtb is of the list, mistubishi VR4 is very similar but higher servicing cost. I have driven both and the pace, space, costs are spot on.

Any other suggestions

Legacy is a good shout. Mum has a 2005 one and they are awesome cars

loved the legacy Tom, couldn't see a fault.
Just checking that i haven't missed another option.

I could go to a little more for a good one, but I don't want to borrow anything. Evo is tempting, as are some old skylines, pulsars. But it needs also to be fairly 'chavless'

lexus gs300 with 2JZ-GTE (supra) engine, might not be the quickest thing posted in this thread, but will be the most luxurious and comfortable
