I want one recent posts about 328i's got me thinking that i liked my 323i coupe and only sold it due to engine problems

With starting another job i MAY get the chance to get something a bit nicer than my A4 V6 and have started looking..

Try something other than a Scooby IMO a lot of people on M3 cutters and E36 onwers come from Scoobys and comment on how much of a good move it was.

Try and get a post 97 car and make sure its an Evo that has been maintained i.e bushes replaced, Vanos serviced and valve clearances done at some point all of these items make a massive difference on how they drive.

I viewed a few over the last couple of months and I would deffo say have a 4-5k budget. Cheap ones often turn out more expensive! Remeber they are now 11 years old upwards

i had a good race with one of those bmw M/// coupe things the other day and the look on his face was hilarious, he was trying to show off to a girl in his car.

how nice does that subaru look!! sticks out so much more then a bmw, not knocking the bmw by the way, subaru just has alot more road presence

Better drivers car than a scooby

Turbo/supercharge it and itl be supercar quick.


They aren't everyones cup of tea but if your after a rewarding drive that's well made refined and hugely practical then it's a great choice.

Styling is dated but I think starting to look quite "retro" echo Fadders comments too
