seems my tastes have changed massively over the past couple of years.

used to only drink Budweiser, 1664 and Grolsh
then moved on to Star, Hoegarden(spelling), Leffe Blonde and other Wheat beers

Now its all about Ales. Have had about 40-50 different ones now and loving it. Still not keen on Stouts though..

I used to drink nothing but Bud, had one the other week and it didn't taste of much apart from sugar and fizz.

Can't drink Leffe though, that's going a bit too far.

I like Badger Poacher's Choice & London Pride too.

For lager I love Carlsberg Export in bottles.

White Ghost is nice, serve that at York City's social club. I prefer dark ales. Not a fan of pale ones at all.

Nooooo. Its so much better, i always go for it over Strongbow if its an option, sadly its not in most pubs. The Sam Smiths cider reserve is sooooooo nice and about 5.5% too.

aye, taste buds develop when you grow. When I was a young 'un, I couldn't stand the taste of beer but drank it anyway to get drunk, now I love it.

Ales, I've had boddingtons, that's about it..weak drink but goes down nicely

My tastes have also changed drastically. As a teenager it was always fosters and stella, but now I hate the fizzy crap.

It's guiness and worthys for me. The fizzy crap just makes you bloated and piss alot.

I quite like ales too, gem is nice.

Currently my fav, that or Timothy Taylor isn't too bad as a substitute for when Doom Bar isn't on tap. Guinness/Murphy's and most Beligum beers otherwise.
Really can't stand largers though, never have been to be honest.

Edit - Also add John Smith's and Bodd's

Doom Bar was on my 1001 Beer List. Was ok. Not the best I have had but by no means the worst
