I agree we tend not to have turkey as its a bit bland. Much prefer pork or lamb.

Im not fussy as long as the gravy to food ratio is 4:1

Pigs in blanket and my grandpa always makes beef wellington with all the trimmings, I take about 3 different types of potato. Boiled, roasties and croquettes, oh yes.
