I'm curious if anyone knows how much fat (%) is a typical large portion of Donner meat and chips as part of your GDA?

Random I know, but I have about 2-3 portions a week and would really like to know how bad it actually is for u

"But scientists have found that the food contains up to the equivalent of a wine glass of cooking oil. One of the kebabs tested contained 140g of fat, twice the maximum daily allowance for women. Another contained 111g. Nutritionists said eating two a week could cause a heart attack within 10 years."

also its saturated fat in them

Or eat a subway, that will counterbalance bad food surely?

Hmmm... so me eating pretty much one a day for 2 years from 17 to 19 wont have done me much good then

My mate's nutritionist said theyre fine now and then, he also estimated our chips'n'cheese'n'donner at a casual 3500 calories

Thinking about it, when 3CM said its got 140G of fat, that's the whole reel right, and not one portion?! Worrying.

Donner meat is fucking barking. I used to eat it until it turned my insides out through my arsehole.

I doubt the rest of the shite you get from an Indian is much better but at least to my mind it's real meat and not re-constructed snots and entrails.
