ok so its coming to my renewal time, last year was the year i passed my test, my insurance on my 1.4l Corsa SRi was £1800 for a year, almost 200 a month. Now i have a years no claims and a years driving and i need to renew my insurance its gone up to £2800?? I cant find a price cheaper than this, im thinking of swapping my car for something cheaper, like a 1.0 corsa, but the insurance on a 1l corsa is £2600? wtf? am i doing something wrong?

Just keep trying, somewhere will bring it down. Try all the confused, moneysupermarket style sites.

Ah sorry not sure, i save up and pay it annually, pretty much the same as paying monthly just cheaper and you pay what you want i normally save 100 a week, pay it off quick and have a year of freedom
