Just asking were do i stand with music and subs.... i mean is there a law stating you cant have it loud?
also can The police do you for dangourous driving of driving without due care and attention?

Depends on the officer and where you are really.
Back in the days we used to park up in the carparks down the esplanade, someone would open there doors & boot and we'd have a kickabout, no one would bat an eyelid til 9/10PM.
RE : Driving charges for driving with music up loud i've never heard of happening, common sense would say if your in a queue of traffic and the po-po are a couple in front turn it down a bit to avoid un necessary attention.

deaf people are aloud to drive so that cant be an issue... thats why they have lights too.
someone i work with has been warned about having his music up too loud, the copper tried saying it was classed as broadcasting copyrighted music in a public area... strange one though!

no i almost got charged with this. he explained to me that it can affect the driving on the road and may not be able to hear emergency vehicles etc, therfor was classed as driving without due care and attention=6 points

Loud music in a residential area can get you a section 59 warning. Causing alarm, distress or disturbance to a member of the public. If you got one of those, and you OR the car you were in is done for another section 59 within 12 months the car can be impounded and possibly crushed :S
