Have you ever heard off White Pudding or Red Pudding? Reason i ask is i asked a scottish lady today and they didnt know what it was, even though its a delicy (sp?) served in Scotland.

Reason why I ask is beause I'm after some.

White pudding and black pudding.

If you call a scot a scotch you'll probably get a malky and sent back down the road.

Red pudding supper fae the chip shop

Black contains pigs blood, oatmeal etc.

A red pudding is totally different from a black or white, its more like a sausage

Red is pigs bloodnas well and is nothing like a sausage
