yes i acknolwedged this, the point i was making is that if this happens, its a bit cheeky so you might be a tad annoyed but you cant kick off in a fit of rage like the space belongs to you and someone has just stolen it.

people actually think because they are waiting with an indicator that the space actually belongs to them

Iv had it happen to me before and iv thought wanker, but realised theres not a lot i can do about it as the space is there for tha taking, but people actually get angry and confrontational because they genuinely believe the space is theres and theres only

where do we draw the line? if i see a space 2 rows down and make a bee line for it and someone gets there, does that constitute rudeness.

How long does one need to wait before a space should be considered etiquettely theres.

On the flipside iv had someone arrive at a space in near identical time to me however i was quicker at swinging in, and was left with the dirty mouthed cunttwat of a women shouting obscenities because she clearly thought her name was written on the space
