It says on our website that we get bonuses but in reality they haven't given any out in 2 years.

TBF the standard bonus % is 13.4 but I worked bloody hard all year and got an 'Outstanding' rating, hence 20%.

Told I was successful for a new job in the business yesterday too which will be a nice promotion.

Having a good start to 2011 dispite a hard year last year with my partners mum getting diagnosed with cancer.

Only bonus I get is at Xmas and it's only £300. Everyone is on a pay freeze at the moment too and has been for the last 18 months. Supposed to be out of this damn recession as well.

Is it easy to find out the turnover and profit for the company I work for? They used to release the figures to an industry publication so we would all read it to find out but when the recession hit they stopped providing the figures and it makes me suspicious that they are making just as much money as they were before but they're using the recession as a good excuse not to pay us more.
