Evening,

During my motoring life i've only had Vauxhalls, specifically Corsa's and i have very little knowledge of any other cars to be honest.

I've been looking at these two MG F's with interest for some fun in the summer,

Anyone got any experience with these and which one would you choose?!

Cheers in advance

Hate them.
But the black one looks better. Would actually prefer an mx-5

My dad sold one of these in september. great little car for 2 people but not stupidly quick. if you advanced to the Tf there is the one with the latest n series vvc engine inside producing 160bhp

I've looked at MX-5's Tom but due to these being less than a mile away and my budget i'm going for one of these two i think.

What are they like compared to a 1.8 SRI Corsa C Mark?! I've got one of those two haha!

I'm swaying towards the green one because its got the hard-top roof but is that really an advantage?! I'm really not sure!

Black one looks well.

There's an MX5 for sale by me for £800.

Bugger the hardtop. Could always sell it and get £100 odd back. Green looks old though. Just get the black one and don't put the roof up

strange comment to make. Does it always rain where you are or are you insecure about your sexuality

I'm not a convertible driver yet

I'm not really concerned what i look like either, as long as im enjoying the car and its getting me to where i want to go. Plus the GF will probably be in the passenger seat most of the time

I've only drove a 1.4 sri c mate so not too sure. when I drove my dads one of these though I found them quite comfortable and good to drive. If you can get one with a hardtop...great as when it gets to winter it sits on top of your original roof and it plugs in so you got heated rear window.

the engines are strong as long as you dont kick its head in from cold and they dont use much oil.

everyone on here will try push you away from them but from personal experience I like them. upto you though as its your cash!

I'm looking for an astra coupe/convertible tbh.

It snows up here all year round

Any male driving a convertible looks gay imo and if they have shades on thats even worse

Only women suit convertibles imo.

So therefore a convertible driver. Driving in a sunny part of the country is gay.
Meh. I'd choose a vert over a coupe most of the time

Well roger me with a 12" dildo, I guess I'm queer as well because I drive a car with a removable roof.

Fiver says half the people in here who are calling up gay have never driven a vert.
