so we are apparently possibly giving Portugal 4bn to help get them out of debt, who the fuck gives us money to get out of debt?

i hate the fact our country is part of the EU at times, am sure we wouldnt be in so much financial trouble if we werent

im waiting for DP to come in and tell jme how being part of the EU has far more advantages to disadvantages

i couldnt give a fuck, we didnt seem to have these problems before we were part of the eu

It's not just being in the EU...well it is a bit, but WHY do we have to be the center of fucking everything? Bailing out other countries, our economy is fucked as well, it still is, there's fuck all jobs in this country and hopping into war with libya immediately. Why make all the cuts he made before, just to spend it all elsewhere? I rated Cameron when he began to make cuts because this country isn't gonna get out of debt by constantly living above what we can afford, but when he did the student loans thing :/ and now he's pretty much controversially wasting all this money after making the cuts? Make your fucking mind up you posh twat

This pisses me off more than anything, I couldn't GAF about the quality of education in Pakistan or the roads in Africa or if the Euro is up shit creek. I'm more bothered about our fuel costs, road tax prices and defense cuts.

Why don't we get a vote on this kind of thing? This is why people vote UKIP, BNP blah blah racist etc.

Dont try and fit me into some kind of stereotype please - I dont have one dimensional views of the world like some people - tend to look at things on merit rather than from a certain political bias. Your completely wrong about us not having these problems before joining the EU. Lots of things happened before the eu - Europeon war, famine, genocide, flu andf disease that killed thousands accros europe, dictatorships ect ect. If our economy encounters another disaster and we cant get out of it we would also be looking for an IMF loan - we might not be moaning so much then.

Its too simplistic to say Portugal didnt help us, why should we help them .... there economy has gone tits up due to a massive political argument in the country which has led to the kind of emergency bank bail outs we had being rejected by the opposition party over there. We were able to bail ourselves out - if we couldnt then we would have been begging to the IMFas well. But im no fan of the IMF or the EU - both sound good on paper - but the result is for non elected bufoons to waste a hell of a lot of our money on big business.

Rather they spent the money fixing potholes in this country. When all the problems in our country are sorted then we can start giving hand outs to people. But until then fuck off.
