Anybody ever get this?

Sometimes I get this after I shave, stuff like E45 cream or whatever it's called doesn't seem to help much. Face gets really itchy around my jaw area and I can't help but scratch.

Do I need to start using Head & Shoulders shampoo for my face?

I use a cleanser, then a moisturiser, but thinking about changing both as they leave my skin a little..sore tbh

I find hot water dries my skin out. Always moisturise after a shave or shower. And now I'm goin for a few beers to man up.

I got tested for diabetes recently (I don't have it thankfully) when they were trying to work out the cause of my hypertension/high blood pressure.
