i have lived with the lass for over 5 year now, 1st homeless accommodation (on my own wink wink) for few month, then a rented house, 3 council houses and another rented at present.
now i think we are finally ready for the big move into something to call our own.
i currently work 16hours a week and could get upto around 26 a week. obviously eyes open for full time work elsewhere but would you think its possible to make a start on this? bank loan for deposit from one bank and mortgage through the other maybe??
found a nice 5 bedroom with garage for 69k not to far from here
maybe slap a cheeky offer in as its been reduced from 75k already
maybe aiming a little too high?
help and advice much appreciated

im going through all the mortgage stuff at the moment unless your mrs has a good job i cant see them wanting to touch you at good rates
