he was going to pizza shop with his mate, a car went by and shouted something at him. he did a little dance as he was drunk! the lads drove round and one got out. punched him in the chest he fell and hit his head. the other 2 lads in the car give him a kick in also...while down!!!
bloke from pizza shop went out to help and got a beating also..
no need for it! he was a great lad, very upsetting

That kinda shit happened to me before where I was walking minding my own and some scummers drove past and yelled some sort of abuse so I flipped them the bird and the bloke (was about 10years older than me and 5times the size) went fucking apeshit had to have his 2 mates in the car restrain him.
People like that need shooting and dumping in a quarry with no grave. No use to anyone, hindrance on society.

The lads that did it are from Guisbrough and stokesley. The lads are about 16-17 and have all been charged with murder, i went to school with dan and he was truly amazing to be around. They are complete tossers who did it and the one that was 25 is nick named jockem and he is disabled and lives in the town. Its disgusting!
All the gypsys from stokesley are wanting the lads to step foot back in the town, and RIP Dan matey miss you
