Anyone else frequently plagued by these? I seem to get them loads and currently have no less than 6! Don't know the reason I get them so frequently but wondering if any fellow cs members have anything they do to either prevent them or get rid of them quicker? I've tried vinegar to burn them as such but it doesn't seem to work and isn't all that pleasant! And bonjela products are a waste of the hard earned shoe fund.

Stay off the sugar and try and chill out. Can be stress related.

If I have bit of a binge on hard boiled type sweets and mints I get mouth ulcers.

i get vthem all the time and like you can get 6 at a time, really not sure what triggers them but it can be stress and not taking it easy which causes them.

you can get steroids from the quack if you get them bad but you need to start them as soon as you feel one coming.

I have suffered with them since I was like 7. I often get up to 6/8 at a time and they can be so bad I slur my speech as they can be uber painful.

Smoking helped as when I did I got hardly any. I found that red bull, too much chocolate coke zero and also diet coke are the things that trigger it for me.
However as Steve said it's probably an iron/b12 deficiency.

Try taking some floradix

Being Chinese i know all to well. You have a lot of 'heat' in your body.

You need to balance the 'heat' in your body with your diet. Cut down on fried/grilled food is a start!

Go to your nearest chinese herbal shop and tell them you have 'heat'. They will give you advice.
OR go and get Chrysanthemum (the flower) drinks from chinese supermarket as it aids to 'cool' the body and detox it.
Usual signs you have heat are: Sore throat, mouth ulcers, dark yellow piss, spots.
