looks like the ball goes past his hand in slow mo, but hard to say if thats ur mind playing tricks n anticipating that to happen or if its actually happening.

So fake. If you keep watching the batsman from the very beginning you see the ball go off straight then all of a sudden it disappears and this one comes swerving towards the news reporter. You can see it right at the start of the slow motion bit as well.
