Before anyone starts, im just asking.

Is there any which don't have side effects but help build muscle, I know proper hardcore steroids does all sort of weird things.

Not too clued up on them but would advise to read up on it a lot before considering.
Either way dont they all shut off your bodies natural testosterone system meaning side effects can vary between people.

ok lol went to the vitamin shop and got hold of some amino 6800, testosterone booster thingy and some whey protein, hope to see results in a month which is possible (bloke in shop said so and he was fucking huge)
