Honestly......I just want to know if my upgrade phone has arrived at my local branch so I can pick it up. Que 20mins on phone talking to some woman that cant understand me, I cant understand her, thinks that Falkirk is in London Then fucks me off with a number that does not exist!!!
Employ people that can help when they phone your customer helpline.
Make sure your employees understand the geography of the country they are serving.
Have local branch numbers available on your website so I dont need to phone wherever the hell that was!!.
Bunch of div's!!! Honestly, if I was this bad at my job i'd be buried at sea!!!
Still dont know if I can pick up my phone..........

I had to phone vodafone loads over the past couple of weeks and the business lines say 'dedicated team' at least 100 times per phone call, that dedicated that I had to continue phoning them for the same thing over and over again.

Put the number into the "saynoto0870" website, it lists mobile numbers for the stores, ring one of the ones on the list for scotland and ask to be put through to the local branch?

you cant call the local branch, same as most banks etc. - stops th staff there getting caught up on the phone all day
also, youll get emailed and texted when its available for pick up
thirdly, our call centres are based in stoke, banbury and warrington... oh and cairo but youll barely be able to tell when you speka to them as they sound more english than haklf the staff from stoke
oh and if youre still habing trouble then let me know and i can call up the priority helpline and try to get it resolved
