Apart from it being rubbish I'm calling shenanigans on the quality.

Everybody within a 100 mile radius of the BBC studio clearly has an iPhone 4, which does 720P.

Good footage, considering the video shows other people videoing the sky, and no one does that unless there is something happening up there.

good video. i would say its a reflection of the sun off the glass buildings but it won't be that.

no one will ever believe until theres definitive proof anyway.
