Before anyone says "ask on 106oc" i would, but this forum is full of (dare i say it) more knowledgeable people.

Thinking of selling the 106, especially after just going and having a look round a Arctic VXR.

Just wondering what you think its worth?




Engine:
JP4 engine (on 44k)
J4 springs and cams bringing
Head skimmed, new HG, new Belts, Tensioners, valve stem seals etc...
New Clutch
Raceland Stainless Steel Manifold, wrapped.
Pugsport 3" Decat system
Ecosse Enclosed Induction Kit with lime green induction hose.
Powerflex Lower Mount
Compbrake Quickshift

Chassis (on 89k):
GAZ Adjustable Coilovers. Rebuilt with new top mounts/bearings etc.
Floflex anti roll bar bushes
406 V6 Brembo 4 pot calipers, with new disc's and mintex pads
Braided front brake hoses

Wheels:
Team Dynamics Pro Race 1.2's
Toyo T1Rs

Exterior:
Lime green detailing; badges, "Team Dynamics Motorsport" on the alloys, Twin Fans, Tow eyes.
Lime green calipers.
Gloss black Morette headlights
Gloss black bumper mouldings
Black backed fog lights.

Interior:
Pioneer Headunit
Pioneer Door Speakers
Leather and alacantra interior in excellent condition.

Tax untill 31/12/11
MOT runs out 1st September but i would put 12months on before a sale. Also due a service which would also be done before a sale.

I also have the standard exhaust manifold and exhaust that can go with the car.

Regularly cleaned, polished and waxed

Also rolling roaded at 120.1bhp at the wheels, which is around 142 at the fly wheel. And 108 ft/lb torque.

Thats bloody nice, love those wee cars.

I sold mine for £3k exactly with 100k on the clock to give you a clue of pricing it. That was a few years ago now mind you.

I paid £3k for it 6 months ago, changed the shitty angel eyes for some decent lights, put the Brembo's on with new disc's/pads and sorted the paint work out, had stone chips all over the bonnet, and the boot needs painting still. So id like to see my £3k back, even though ive put about £500 into it.

Unfortunately this.. about 6 months to a year ago they seemed to rocket in price, especially with a JP4. I'd say around £2-2.5k if it's in as good condition as it looks. Good luck with the sale.

Thats what its worth trade in apparently

Some on PH are like £2800 - £3200 are older, some less or simmilar spec, yet dont have a lower mileage new engine like mine. So im gunna stick with about £3250 and work from there i think.

Anyways, I'd say its worth around £2,800. I'd be putting it up for £3,000 tbh.
