I usually sleep between 12 and 1 and get up at 4:45 for the gym, i survive better on less sleep

I have found this, to a point.

When I was working 6 day weeks, at 17/18 hours a day, I was fine on a few hours sleep a day.
When I went back to Mon-Fri 8-5, I get 6-7 hours sleep and feel terrible!

Same spence 5-6 hours at a push, anymore and i feel like toilet.

Usually have a sloth day once a month of sleeping and being lazy though.
