sorry we do get a few of these threads but here goes anyway...

been fancying a change of wheels for a while now. i got a few questions to ask as i know there's some tasty b's with cool as fook wheels in the NE...

- what price should i expect for mine?? (practically new 195/45/15 sunnys) recently resprayed, centre caps with opel logos on one side and the others just flush (shown atm) pics to follow

- what 15's would look good with that budget, bearing in mind id want reasonably good tyres ether 195/45 or 50

- are slabs officially "uncool" now??

- does anybody know of any that are available in/around my budget (budget being what id get for these)

iv considered getting x4 15" 4stud steels i.e vauxhall,vw,audi, mini etc.... and painting them ether red, white, or all a different florescent colour and getting new khumo's or something but 15" steels seem to cost more than alloys in some cases.

help/discuss
cheers
Jed

well i can say im not a fan of cav slabs lol but i have owned cav slabs and think they have been worn out by everone buying them i also had a set of cav CDI wheels similer to the cav slab but not fully flat and only have 4 spokes and only 14" they were different and i thaught they looked nice and alot of people knew my car by them cos they were black with a yellow lip lmao

go for a set of wheels u like rather than some peoples opinion as everone has there own taste mate

yeah i know the ones you mean and i was tempted by them of mk2 astra teardrops but im put off by 14's cos of that shitty manifold. 30mm front and 60mm rear on 15's and it still catches the ground, think 14's would kill it. long term i plan on changing it like but for now id prefer 15's

would love some of them old rare audi ones that look a bit like slabs but there ££££

cheers

Put it on 15inch steels with vauxhall hubcaps, the ones they put on combos. then spend your money on a nice engine and leave the rest of the car as it is
