Waiting on my new alloys

ordered them nearly 4 weeks ago - still not here

Usless bloke in the shop keeps fobbing me off with a load of shite aswell

Last week when I went in to ask where the fu<k they were he say's oh, the supplier didn't have any so they are comming straight from the manufacturer in Italy, will be about another week or so..........surley he could find this out 4 weeks ago when I first ordered them

WTF should I do???

tell him when they come in they took too long so you got them from someone else... unless you've already paid

Yes it is simple as that, but Im fed up waiting and there isnt anywhere else local I could get them from. Only this shop and ripspeed and I aint going there! Last time I went in the guy didnt know his arse from his elbow!!

He phoned them when I went in friday.....answering machine, left message and said he would get back to me, Im still waiting

Gave me the option of getting another type of alloy, but I really want the first set I picked, so stuck with them. However my MOT is due soon and one of my tyres is slightly bald(Ok its a fu<king slick

Why don't you try for some discount, just say something long the lines of "I understood that the alloys I've paid for would be here in one week, instead its already taken 4!!! I want compensation..."

Emphasise the fact you've paid for them, and that you'll be tellin all your mates not to bother with them in future. I ended up with almost £90 off mine, and a set of locking nuts when I got mucked about

Well they are quite expensive alloys plus i need different size tyres front and back (for RWD) getting them for 850. 17" with falken tyres, cheapest I could get including mail order!
