Anyone seen one? Not through NHS etc., I'm keen to see one to sort out my diet but not hugely sure where to start!

I've seen one via GP referral but that's it. I work in Health with clients around what they intake and it seems there is no referral pathway other than GP's. I phoned them up the other day as I had a client who really isn't eating enough and I was concerned that I wasn't qualified enough to help her properly and that she wouldn't go to the GP to ask for help. All she could suggest is that I told her to go to a GP.

You could try a Personal Trainer or look for someone is a proper nutritionist, there is no protected term for the role of Nutritionist but there is a British Association of Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy regulatory body that regulates the industry, might be able to find someone through that.

Eat healthy fresh food, cut out junk food and general processed shit. How hard is that?

The hard part is having the will power IMO.

what aaron said, its pretty simple, think what we ate before procesed foods and microwave meals, thats what our bodies have evolved to run properly on

i dunno, it kind of balls down to what you were brought up eating.
i eat shite food, and have a kind of phobia for certain foods.
basically my diet consists of processed cheap crappy meats on rare occasions, larger (most nights lol), chocolate, take away (cheesy chips or bbq pizza) peanut butter and all the usual

i wont eat anything spicy, HATE popcorn burrrr!, wont have gravy if our lass makes a dinner, wont eat chicken off the bone. wont eat any proper meats. wont eat ANY veg....

im a lot better than i was about 5 years ago though
used to be anorexic when i was 16

Over the last 6 weeks, I haven't touched any sort of takeaway, chocolate, crisps, biscuits...or anything which you could consider as snack like food. I've eaten shredded wheat for breakfast every day, lunch has been tomato soup, chilli + rice, lasagna, salad. I eat apples and bananas in-between this and my evening meal, which is usually something like salad, chicken etc. I drink at least 1 litre of water during the working day too. So far during these 6 weeks, I've shed 1.5 stone!

I go out on my bike for a 10 to 20 mile ride before or after work too. Was hard to get into this routine, but I'm now used to it, and I'm seeing great results.

I'm about 5"10 and I was almost 15 stone! (13.5 now) That's waaaaay to much. I'm going to be 12 stone for Christmas. I'll be happy then.

I'm similar, cut out the crap, eat a balanced and healthy diet now although for the first week/10 days I cut out all sweets, high sugar foods incl. some fruits, Carbs (bread, rice, pasta), Red meat etc. basically leaving me with relatively high protein foods like Tuna and then salad. Wasn't exciting but tobasco sorted that and I lost 3kg in the first week and about 4.5kg overall.

I'm riding between 75-125miles per week and building that figure week on week. Minimum of 2-3hours riding, 3 times a week. On top of that I snowboard twice a week for 3hours at a time and now trying to get swimming once or twice a week too

I strongly recommend the Brian Butterfield diet plan.

Check the youtube video, the results are excellent.

Don't aim for a massive overhaul of your diet or you'll probbaly just fail. Are you under eating, eating crap over eating or a mixture? Do you have breakfast? Always a good place to start and plenty of options. Weetabix, shredded wheat with fruit. Porridge, or brown toast are all good options.

ok my diet consist of

2 crumpets lathered in butter for breakfats along with some oj (assuming im up in time, otherwise its a chocolate croissant from pret)
then about 9.30 its a ric crispies bar
about 10 its a jaffa cake mini bar
about 11ish im starving for my lunch and its a big sandwich or roll from pret (no salad) or a sub from subway followed by a pack of crisps and a wispa
the afternoon is 2 2 bar kit kats
between then and tea i usually eat a pack of percy piugs, randoms, jelly snakes, starmix etc.
Tea is a ready meal like a sansburys taste the difference spag bol or a tesco finest lasagna (800g) followed by a cadburys chocolate pot thing (dsairy milk, fudge etc.)
usually some choc in the evning too

i dont eat fruit or veg at all nor fish

oh and it doesnt affetc my weight and im not fat. im just constantly hungry as im eating the wrong kinds of foods and eventually, now im 30 () it will suddenyl start to pile on

Looks like a school kids diet.

It's not hard to prepare food the night before or get up 10 minutes early to make some sandwiches or salad to take to work

This is an easy one Robbo

Cut out all the shit and start eating fruit instead of bars of stuff.

Make a salad or a piece for lunch and have something home cooked for dinner.
