Getting quotes of £3k on an M3 through confused.com

So I want to know of any insurance companies that are seperate from this as I know quite a few don't want to be part of it and some are cheaper. Brentacre being one who I'll be giving a ring later.

Cheers!

I think Aviva and Direct line are.

Good luck getting the price down, loads of people getting ridiculous prices and asking for help.

My mate is paying a grand less than that quote and he's 3 years younger, so I'm sure I can get it cheaper

Admiral are a waste of time, I went onto confused to get a guide price for the LCR and got 7 quotes from different companies that were £20 a month cheaper so I phoned today and swapped over from the golf to the LCR only to be told it's going up by a tenner a month. They were swiftly told that once my renewal comes through in 3 months it better match the others or I'm cancelling. Fuckers lol.

A Plan & Keith Michaels will call me once my details have been processed.

Post Office & Tesco Bank won't quote me.

Admiral are the cheapest so far and that's through confused. I would do a direct quote but they're stupid fucking password system means I have no idea what it is I always have the same problem with their website. I'm with them at the moment so would be easier as I could swap the policy and still keep earning my 3rd years NCB. Not had a problem with them to date

Ah right, did you fill in the online form for A-Plan and KM? I'd just pick up the phone personally, as I've filled in that and had no response in the past. They're like Adrian Flux and will go away and get a decent price. You can also tell each of them that the other quoted less and they'll knock some off They've got a bit of rivalry going on.

Yeah I did Brett. Haven't had anything back so yeah think it's worth calling them! Nice one

Going to try that too Lee. Although when I tried that before they asked for a reference quote for the one that was cheaper and I had to back track and say I haven't got one etc
