I had a fair bit on my bumper and just attacked it with Autoglym Super Resin, took a fair bit of effort but got rid of it in the end

Try the claybar, when I got my Corsa there was overspray all over it as the previous owner was a n00b. I used a claybar and it took it all off to my surprise. The likes off T-cut is a cuttinb compound and what it actually does is take a small layer off paint off, where as a claybar doesn't. Clay will also remove dirt and grime that a usual wash and polish won't but you will need to wax the paint after.
