anyone got any good tips for random day to day things you can do.

I like:

Putting your left hand out to shake hands with people, you have to put it out first, they will stick right hand out and either do a gay shake or try to swap hands. (then you shake side to side not up and down)

Put "the" in front of places it shouldn't be, like "the facebook" "the youtube", this seems to annoy people

we've been doing these 'request a call back' things in work to other people who's numbers we have.

baically, we fill out a form outline saying they are interested in a product, they then call them.

they start to get annoyed when 10+ companies ring them
