Starting tomorrow on Sky1 HD, might be worth a watch.

quote:
The show begins in the year 2149, a time when all life on planet Earth is threatened with extinction. In an effort to save the human race, scientists develop a time machine that is capable of transporting humans 85 million years back in time to prehistoric Earth. Terra Nova, is the first human colony settled on the other side of a temporal wormhole. As with many Science Fiction shows, the dangers inherent in setting up housekeeping in prehistoric times come into play.

Might watch the first 1-2 before it gets drawn out and doesn't go anywhere like Lost, Heroes and Flash Forward!

I quite enjoyed the first two

I have a horrible feeling it's going to go the same way as 'lost' though

The acting is terrible. But I'll stick with it for a few more episodes and see if I change my mind.

Thought it was boring tbh. I'll watch the next one to see what happens though, and then decide if I will carry on.

Watched the first one, was all right, was pretty mujch what I was expecting.

The lad in it is a dick though, moans that he wasn't going through without his dad, then bitches constantly when he gets there and runs off like a prick.

Will at least watch the 3rd to see if it picks up a bit though

Yeah pretty average again. Those lovey dovey family scenes are getting on my tits.

I want a big mother of a T-rex or a load of velociraptors to come and have a bit of tear up to come and liven things up.

I blame 12a ratings. It's bound to be that. They've ruined films, now they're going for our TV shows

Does seem to be geared a bit more towards kids than adults.

I watched the first one a few weeks back and have the 2nd + 3rd episode still to watch. Im not in a hurry to watch it.

The story is quite weak, theres too much CGI and the acting isnt the best.

I might give it a bit more time and decide later on.

Theres alot more better stuff to watch at the moment, Fringe, Dexter, Supernatural, Vampire Diaries, Boardwalk Empire, Walking Dead S2 (starts this weekend), The secret circle.

Also have the first few episodes of 'The Fades', but not got round to watching that yet.

Someone needs to do a more modern Jurassic Park. Like they have with Batman but with Dinosaurs
