Standard one is 510 x 100 x 85 so this is 17% bigger.

Not a huge gain but still loads cheaper than the Forge one at £600 odd!

I think you're right on the D3 Fad, from what I could find before anyway

Same with the injectors they used 330d injectors so may be worth looking down this avenue. I'm sure there must be maps for the D3 which you could use as a starting base.

I don't see why the 330d injectors would be different though

both types are feeding a cylinder of identical size and the 330d produced less power per litre.

SpeedReligion used to do an upgrade with some injectors from another BMW engine but I really want flow rates before committing!

Different flow/max rates more piston cooling due to higher boost level etc which you will deffo need. BMW fitted 330d injectors and intercooler to the D3 despite being a 4 pot with 200bhp

The speed religion ones seem more likely as they were getting more power than the D3.

I just really need some info from Bosch but they absolutely will not give it out

Well if you use a Hybrid and larger intercooler with adequete injectors and a custome map you'd be knocking on the 240 mark easy I reckon?
