Seeing as it's not long till Christmas, thought I'd post up a thread of little gift ideas, basically any cool little gifts or ideas, for example gadgets, stocking fillers.
So what has everyone bought so far? Going to start my purchases tonight.
My GF thinks she's been great and narrowed it down for me by suggesting Nail Varnish/Perfume/Bag/Jewellery. Might aswell as said nothing at all

I'm building my missus a mountain bike out of bits I have lying around. Painting it all up and new wheels, forks and a few components.
Then on New Year's Day when she realises she doesn't want/need it, it'll become mine

Izzy will undoubtedly get a mountain as usual. Told the mrs to calm it down this year for each other as there's no point. Think I might get her a Kindle or somethin like that since she likes reading Not sure what else, probably vouchers for shops really, keep it easy. I never know any novel gifts to get her.

Yeah, Billie said she likes personal gifts! Fuck. Don't what to get the parents etc, probably just a gift set.
Anyone heard of O.P.I nail varnish? - Mainly for the girls tbh.
She has loads of them but want to get her a set etc.

Me and the Mrs have got a £15 limit for each other this year as we're saving for a new bed
She's got a 360 game, a ps1 game, chocolate coins, socks, back massager and a Jimmy Carr dvd.
Don't think I've done too badly tbh

Write her a cheque that promises her one night of Glover loving. She'll love that, it cost you nothing AND you get your end away. Winning.

Going to push the boat out a bit this year, start buying from this pay day. She wants clothes and stuff, will let her choose most of it.

Dont really do the whole present thing as a family tbh, find it much more important spending time with each other as opposed to buying gifts they might never use again come new year.
GF and I aren't doing presents and are going for an over night spa trip instead

if thats the case why dont you both keep your money, whatever amount of money she was going to give to you can go towards clothes and whatever you were going to spend on her will go towards a new car. makes perfect sense really

Im only buying for kids this year
May I recommend charm bracelets for the ladies, pandora, lovelinks, camilla
Then when it comes to other occasions like anniversarys, birthdays, valentines you just get a charm to go on it

They are all my frigging mrs goes on about. How lovely her friends ones are and stuff and how it is her birthday soon!
Never mind the fact I bought her Swarovski stuff before that cost a hell of a lot more than the bloody bracelets, but the bracelets are nicer apparently!

Ah, that's a good point. Got her a love links bracelet years back and was quite good at buying charms at different occassions but haven't done that in a while.
