Depends, check in settings>general>date and time. Should say whether time is set to update automatically.

clocks will be GMT+1 and GMT+2 , hence an hour extra of daylight, no?

No there will be the same number of hours of daylight, just shifted to a different time of the day.

Fucking iPhone.

Turned off all the Automatic Update of Time settins etc (and the same of the work Blackberry) and set the time manually.

They both then decide to automatically adjust anyway meaning my phones, and alarms as a result, go back 2 hours

So, I left for Heathrow an hour late.... Not got time for a decent breakfast now!

Exactly. Rush hour in pitch black is horrendous, especially when its pissing of rain. Woman drivers cause huge tailbacks because of their fear of driving in wet and night.
