I don't want this to turn into a willy waving contest but I'm interested to hear what kind of benefits people get from their employers. I'm not talking about salary or bonuses, more about annual leave, pension (contributory/non-contributory), healthcare, other benefits etc.

25 days holiday plus bank holidays. 3 of which have to be used when the office is shut between Xmas and New Year.
Private health care.
Oh yeah forgot about Staff Christmas Party.
We have our party at a posh hotel, free bar for the first hour, free wine throughout the meal, all staff and their partners paid for. And they pay for 2 buses to take us to the party and home again. So that's a nice perk.
Also once a year we sponsor the local Rugby team for a game. Free food and drink all afternoon. Maybe have one or 2 socials a year that the bosses will pay for us to have a meal too.
There is a pension scheme but its shite so not in it. And there's a child care voucher thing but as I don't have kids I don't use that either.

28 days holiday
Pension is paid at same amount I put in.
20% off every shop around my work.
Travel money each week around £75
Bonus money every hour, only 80 pence.
Think that's all.
Oh yeah yesterday I found a fishing rod at work too, brand new.
Someone must have stole it and threw it over the bridge before they got caught.

Supposedly one of the best Pensions you can get (this is what they've told me anyway lol)
Sick pay
Double or 3 times salary for death in service (can't remember, don't intend dying at work)
Free train travel
37 days annual leave
Discounts on healthcare
Company van at the moment but that can go at anytime
