Def for the 2nd.

1st is 30mph over the limit so may be worse, but you might get away with 3 points again.

Mate had to goto court for doing 30mph over the limit.

3points £60 fine for each offence!

70mph one is worse although is that still a 50? Dual carriageway?

less than half hour apart too looks like it is not dual carriage way though

Looks like was an overtake as if look top left of first pic can see a can coming towards!

Yeah ive been driving nearly 4 years, clean license so no massive problem.

70 was during an overtake, i didnt realise the mobile vans could see so far lol! 500 metres away in the 1st pic.
Hopefully i get offered a speed awareness course and 3 points for the second one.

i was caught doing 50 in a 30 and i got £140 fine and 4 points....
