OK so as a company we are tryign to raise $12m to eradicate fistula in Tanzania (basically a disease that affects your fanny and bum when you have a baby) and all teams have been given an amount to raise... roughly equal to £150 pp!
We are strugglign to think of big ticket items that we coudl do to try and raise the c.£3k that our team of c.12-15 people owes in one go. So far the best we have come up with is a virtual London to Tanzania bike ride with each team member doing c.500miles cycling to contribute to the total.
Other teams have done things like London to Brighton by alternative means of transport such as space hopper, tandem, rollerblades etc. ( )... any ideas of starnge stuff we coudl do that would get us noticed and help us raise money amongst our friends etc.?

Its a reasonable idea but a little lacking in imagination as we stole it off another team

Looking for something relatively extravagant that will get the team noticed as we are seen as one of the more team-focussed teams (if that makes sense lol)

I see no problem?
But a car wash would not get that many people interested, but one where blokes are dressed as women would.

I'll have a look through our charity pages on the intranet to see if there is anything decent on there, usually something going on.

The reason they have picked this charity is because it is something that is very very easily cured and is not at all an issue in the developed world... $12m will eradicate it from Tanzania (which is the poorest market we operate in)
