Just spent the last 30 mins watching some vids on YouTube posted by some crazy scot cyclist;
http://m.youtube.com/#/profile?user=magnatom
Personally I think he's just as in the wrong as some of the drivers that feature in his videos and he seems to be out to try and get a rise out of them. He's always telling people that they're "on camera" too
For anyone that's interested, he also has a website: http://www.magnatom.net/

He appears to be a tool. Fair enough there is some bad driving on display but some of his riding, filtering and road positioning is piss poor.

I had an argument with a cyclist at the weekend, because he was going the wrong way up a one way street, and had a go at me for "blocking his way".

A van pulled out onto a roundabout the other day round here, as he did a old women pulled out infront of him. The van had right of way but the women started shaking her fist at him and i think she shouted as well. If the silly bint didnt pull out infront of him then he wouldnt of have to swerve around her.

Cyclists are the single worse thing on the roads.
Followed by buses that are allowed to stop on single lane A roads

Cyclist nearly ran me down at a zebra crossing in London on the weekend.
Wish I'd kicked him off

Such a bellend. He should try cycling in London for a day, he'd either get knocked off with his shit positioning or knocked out for being too mouthy

Vehicle drivers pay road tax, I'd be nudging the twat with my mirror too.
I don;t mind cyclists using the road, but not in the way he is.

if anything the bike was in the middle of the road and he also was on the wrong side of the road at the end, when he pulled into the junction.

I don't mind the occasional cyclist (don't get many on my commute) but that guy is in the middle of the road half the time and expects people to go fully on the other side of the road just to go around him!?
Personally I think the problem is managing the acceleration / deceleration of cars against a push-bike because it's not that easy to identify how quick/slow they are going!

Technically he is entitled to as much of the road space as a car, in fact most books on cycling tell you to keep away from the kerb, as at least it prompts people to overtake properly, hence cyclist is safer. Personally if I know there is a car coming I'll move in, it's just common courtesy.

Hence a bad idea to filter between lanes. At least with motorbike they are generally gone before your foot is off the clutch. He would we wobbling all over the place in the middle of two lanes if he got caught out by lights or a car switching lanes in front.
