They only come in Arden blue, the centre of the seats are blue instead of black and the vent surrounds are blue, not sure what else

Edit: says here:

quote:
Vauxhall has unveiled the Corsa VXR Blue edition.

The special edition version is powered by the standard VXR's 1.6-litre turbocharged engine, producing 189bhp, but torque is increased to 192lb ft: this is thanks to an overboost button which increases torque by 22lb ft when needed.

The company claims a 0-60mph time of 6.8 seconds and a top speed of 140mph.

Features of the Blue edition include blue metallic paint, 18-inch alloy wheels, sports suspension, uprated brakes, tinted windows and a new front spoiler.

The blue theme continues in the interior as well, with a blue stitched steering wheel and bucket seats, and blue coloured air vents.

Available to order now, prices start from £19,425, which undercuts its rivals - the Citroen DS3 R and the Mini Cooper Works - by up to £3,600, the company claims.

How long has the Corsa VXR been out now? Still with a paltry 189bhp Would have expected them to be using the tweaks they had on the Nurburg by now?

My Clio has 184.9bhp

Anyway, I think the newer VXRs have slightly more power as engine has been tweaked.

The non limited editions are rarer than the limited editions.

Btw this has been around for ages. Star silver ones are the only real rare ones. Why I never got one when I had mine I'll never know.

That's what you get with Clio ownership. Some are under, some are over I just imagined they'd increase the power to actually bring the car up with the competition.

They do simply becasue they all sell so well every corsa addition has had record sales through out the range with so much diffrance in opinions and tastes with people and cars they have really have got it right in places and would be foolish to stop if the ranges sells imo, i do know there is one more healthy spec version on the cards .... for me its far from boring i love the way the corsa D has ended up, hopefully with the changes planed with CS it will bring more D owners with a better focus on corsa sections.

The blue edition is lovely you will be really happy with it nearly bought one myself ! comes at 186bhp as the same as all normal vxrs but with the new facelift A16LER engine and a few diffrances style wise
