Well we are nearing the end of 2011, hows it gone for you over the year?
Mines been a massive roller coaster ride! Started on a massive low, proper skint and had a crashed/broken car, I then decided to strip it. Cos I needed a car, I used my student loan, and was living off selling parts, which meant I was skint often. Uni work piled on in May, I also did around 50% of some practical group (7 people) work cos they were all lazy. Summer came, and it was a good one. I sold the A3 and bought another Ibiza, piled loads of money into it over the summer, got a job at local Sainsburys where I meet my girlfriend. Uni results weren't quite what I wanted (high 2.2). Went back to uni in September, had a good track day in October, in a better group for uni work, much better focused and getting some good grades. Just got myself a job at uni, which means I can afford to have 2 cars come Jan 
Overall, a pretty good year, some lows but its a year I won't forget

Dire tbh, split up with my girlfriend the day before an interview for the job I now have, not really happy in it though, and tbh I'd be financially better off in the job I left. Got myself into a fair bit of debt. Just hoping for some luck in 2012.

Year started awesome, I got my first contract with new tenants, meaning I now have a 2nd income.
Had pain in the ass engine conversion which lasted about 8 months and cost me LOADS.
Ups and downs with the Mrs, we seem to of sorted all tha and now fine.
Car then got fucked up, and is currently being repaired for a HUGE sum of money.
Still working in banking, which I despise.
Member of close family dying.
Fucked leg ligaments and cartlidge stuff, awaiting MRI scan, still on crutches now 
Ups and downs. Alot more people have it alot worse, so I try and keep spirits high

Very good year, wouldn't change a thing. Had the time of my life doing as many trackdays as I could plus 3 Ring trips. Work is still enjoyable, things great with the missus etc. Can't see how next year will top it tbh

I know people see me as a misrible cunt but ive had quite a good year, worked for 11 months ans 2 weeks had 2 good holidays and many many good piss ups. seen all my favorite artists live and paid my taxes.
still not good enough though

Crappy tbh, same situation as Ian with jobs and I've spent all my redundancy
Only getting short term contracts atm as its christmas. Don't get me wrong for what I do the money us great but is rather it was constant atm.
My cars been crashed into and now my neck is in constant pain but apart from that lifes grand, I've got a house in a nice area and a gorgeous mrs who's 6 years younger than me
Oh and everyone is still with us so just got to be thankfull for what we do have and not what we don't.

Been abroad a fair bit, worked a fair bit, lost loads of money trying to make some shitty product and managed to discharge myself from hospital for a piss up.

Average year for me, still in the job I hate with people I go out of my way to avoid, done nothing to the car because of being poorly paid, and still living at home for the same reason.
Got plans for next year, though that will hopefully begin to change all that.

Its been an ok year to be honest. Job is just about ok. I've been thinking about leaving for a while, and doing something totally different, but, at the moment, i just can't do it.
I've started writing a book, and my NY resolution is to complete it next year.

Mine's been good  few ups and downs...
Everything is cool with the Mrs and we're planning to move out in May.
Part Ex'd my MX5 for a pittance after the alternator went and I was £200 poorer  got a sweet deal on an 02 Ford Focus with 34k and all the options wish I had just stripped the MX5 for parts though.
Work is going well, retail is a great industry to work in but I want to look elsewhere next year 
Went to Las Vegas in October with 4 friends, 3 of which don't consider me much of a friend after some falling out
Fairly good tbh, not lost anyone close and I have everything I want
