£4.50 a week for a car sized unit with no electricity (decent Jenny sorts it out), although I turned down a 6-8 car sized unit with electricity for £20 a week.
Depends what you can justify cost wise for what use?

it all comes down to a few factors -
Size - simple one, larger the space more you pay.
Buisness Rates - even when a unit is empty the owner will still have to pay buisness rates, so some people will give you cheap rent as they will not have to pay the rates.
Bills - are they inc, water, gas, electric, waste water etc
My place could easy house around 20 cars (without other stuff in there) and rent is very cheap for the size BUT the rants man always comes around an then you find out why its cheap
My waste water and drainage bill is £1600 per year..........

Looks can be decieving, can only just stand round the front to work under the bonnet, can't open the doors all the way as they touch the wall and you can't really stand at the back of the car unless the doors are open, it's more for storage than anythin but i keep all my tools there aswell
