Maybe it seems a bit better when its warmed up i have done:
Cleaned dizzy all points and contacts
cleaned icv in carb cleaner over night
disconnected afm it cuts out so that works?
Tps disconnect it it revs up that works?
Checked compression 145-150psi all cylinders
plugs are black and sooty
Changed fuel pump
changed cts
Had new plugs magnecors 1 month ago new cts 3 days ago checked all pipes etc no splits or anything what can it be

what engine was in there originaly?
if it was only a single point injection engine did you change the fuel pump to the multi point injection fuel pump?
as the single wont have enough power to keep the rail under pressure, especialy under hard acceleration

leave the batt off for an hour, let the ecu re calibrate since you've cleaned the sensors etc.
When you start it back up, after resetting the ecu, dont rev it for 5 mins just let it tick over.
It'll probably make no difference but its free to try.

Mines like this, half the time it pulls like a train then half the time it's spluttering, dying and bogging down. Emissions test showed it running very lean though. Gonna try the air flow meter next I think. I already done the cts. It's a lambda early XE

Have you checked for an air leak around the throttle body area? The pipework goes brittle and splits.
TB or powercap gasket could alsp be suspect.
Run the engine and spray carb cleaner all over that area, if your revs increase its got a leak.

I was searching my engine bay this morning. Found a split in the brake servo pipe making the engine under fuel and splutter. It's sorted my idle problems but still bogs down when pulling of or trying to accelerate.. Most the time it's fine though but just annoying when I floor it and slow down haha

I've changed leads, coil, afm mines working mint now!!!
I'm just not used to redtops and how there revy engines haha
Am putting a bigger fuel pump in Aswel as everyone I've spoke to reckon the 1.2 16v pump won't be doing it any good either! Just got a x16xe tonight free! But want a veccy 2litre pump really!

1.2 16v pump is more than adequate.
Edges, do you have a cone filter fitted? these engines dont like them and heatsoak will cause the bogging down.

i have a piper cross air filter fitted? (cone) might try a airbox see what its like?
so should a just leave the 1.2 16v pump in everyone ive talked to says its to small though
when we checked my brand new GM spark plugs they were (white on the ends) obv not enough fuel? hence why people are saying bigger pump?

It's running lean, so too much air and not enough fuel.
I'd change fuel filter and the cts first as they're cheapest. Could also be fpr, injector or lambda sensor even.

my mates got same engine xe he corsa xe so can use bits off his for donner bits
al have to do some lending on the weekend
Whats doing my head in i drove the corsa the xe came out of and it drove mint no spluttering etc just its was in a x14xe corsa sport now in a x12xe sxi corsa ive got a x16xe pump sitting there so with my x12xe being a MPI FP will it defo 100%be fine?
