well i'm going to guarantee when my boss gets back i get told to go and get the van fixed. its been fucking up for the best part of 10 days because the battery isn't charging, i've moaned about it several times a day but got nowhere. When you first start the engine the power steering doesn't work because it hasn't got enough power, but starts when you've been driving for 10 seconds or so. my boss has just gone out in the van and he's going to see for himself what i've been having to deal with

update: he's just got back and shouted "ANDY, GET THAT FUCKING VAN FIXED" from the bottom of the stairs, whilst i was on the phone
