i dont think it actually means victim, i got charged £15 victim fee when i was in court and there was no-one else involved other than myself...

I think more likely he was ignoring the manifold danger warnings on his laptop and his floor fell out when he blew his piston rings with too much NOS.

Exposed engine and cut out floor could mean it was rear engined.
There were probably things cabled tied to the roll cage and the guy writing it has made some stuff up
