Got an early night myself also. I don't feel tired but I was in that much of a deep sleep I've somehow fucked my neck up. I can turn it a little either side but looking up or down is a challenge. Had some pain killers but they ain't doing much.

Morning


Feel fresh today, after jumping on the scales last night and seeing I had gone up another 3 pounds, I decided it was time for change.
I used to be really fit so it has been bad for me to lose/loose it. But I only have 3 pairs of jeans that fit now

Went out for a 2 mile run this morning, will work it up over the coming weeks
