was just thinking, and i'll probably get shouted at for not being a geologist, but would it be safe to say that all those nukes would of had a dramatic effect in global warming?

No.

Also, geologists are concerned with rocks, global warming is more meteorology.

Sorry
Wiki says: A geologist is a scientist who studies the solid and liquid matter that constitutes the Earth as well as the processes and history that has shaped it.

Meteorology is the interdisciplinary scientific study of the atmosphere.

Global warming is the rising average temperature of Earth's atmosphere and oceans since the late 19th century and its projected continuation

i'd say we're both right. plus just saying no, isn't very helpful. I mean those explosions create a lot of energy mostly in form of heat and sound. it would of caused some rise in global temperature wouldn't it?

A couple of bombs wouldn't have contributed to the earth warming up, the sun trumps it every time.

If the Americans had succeeded with blowing up the VA belts with nukes then we'd be a lot warmer

This.

Not every bomb is like you see on films with a mushroom cloud and the blast radius isn't really that big anyway.
