If it had hurt the horse imagine the shit they'd get from publicity and then the gypsy's would prob sue them, really wouldn't be worth it

I got an almighty bollacking from a cop over here cause I wasn't wearing "proper and suitable safety equipment" on a push bike before. And they won't even look at tinkers racing horses down a motorway. Funny how they've got their priorities laid out! 
(On a funnier note, I told the copper to wait there, went back to the house, and landed back with full racing leathers, motorbike helmet, gloves and boots on. And then asked him did he class this as "proper and suitable safety equipment")
