lol - 4 bedroom mate
right or wrongly I was always told to take as few moves as possible to get to a house you want to live in fro a long time due to costs of solicitors and stamp duty etc

Just put a large order in work for Sockets, swicthes and dimmer switches and replacing all door handles in the house with new ones lol

that is stunning. is it a dead end road? if so, perfect
only downside is being overlooked out the back but nothing a few trees won't sort out.

hi Guys - yes Ben is right as it was part ex'd with a builder
Basically the owners needed to secure a plot on an estate that was almost sold out so they part ex'd at 35k - 40k under value to secure there new property
It was priced on the stamp duty threshold so we viewed the day it went on the market and that was it lol

House looks awesome, some fair size place you got now.
Like what you've done to place just needed that bit of modernising, keep up good work! F1 pic looks spot on in that frame too.
