Was thinking about this today one of many daily car thoughts..
Corsa b c20let track car
Pros - quick, lighter than the c, loads of parts, panels etc cheap.
cons - old engines, tappety, oil leak galore, rust becoming an issue on the shells,
Corsa c z20leh,
Pros- newer, less about, nicer to drive? Debatable...
Quieter engine, good tuning market,
Cons - a bit more money to get it all together. From what I've gathered!
Z20leh engines seem to hold their money!
Is there much diff between z20let and leh?
What would you have and why? Based on it being a track car road legal or not?

having built and driven loads..........
Corsa B - Not everyday run about just a fast weekend/night toy
Corsa C - Everyday getting to and from work everyday and still fast.
depends what you want the car for in my eyes.

If thats the case and your keeping the megane as your everyday then Corsa B or even Nova
Its there for one job and thats to have its head kicked in all the time and to put a smile on your face.
If you get a Corsa C you will be comparing it to the megane all the time.....

Most of the people that suggest a C haven't driven one or owned a z20let powered car.
Everyone seems to think its newer = must be better

Drove and few of both and the c20let and a corsa b wins for me. Drove a corsa c the other day with a zlet and it was shit to be honest steering was far to light wasn't fast at all

Think your stupid going from a pretty good spec'd track car already to something older and have to modify a fair bit to get it to be good.

OP wants to go on track not drag racing.
B isn't best handling car in the world but better than a C imo.
