Yea but I can make one for 1/10 of that price lol I could even make one from a sheet of real cf for less than that, talking of cf would 2mm thick cf suffice?

think of an undertray, they aren't very thick at all and are made of plastic, and they don't fly off (if that's what you're worried about.

Just don't want it to flex an undertray isn't designed to trap air at high speed

Use concrete, won't make a difference just sat on your drive. Most wind it gets is when a cat walks past.

All that's missing from this thread is Gary and his all the gear no idea quote, and we have successfully completed another thread full of concerns about me going on track whilst actually not answering what I wrote in the first post its trolling is what is nic Barnes style which I thought was against the rules of the site

Aliminuim composite, two thin layers of alley with plastic in the middle..... I used that for mine.
Its strong, fairly light, fairly cheap and will bend not break if you hit a curb or in my case if someone pushes the car into a four post ramp........

It's true what they are saying. No point in doing all these extra things with out going out on a track and seeing how it behaves. What happens if you do even more things and it handles odd. You'll have to remove stuff till it feels right.
