I normally get 5-6 hours a night max and can usually operate fine on it.

Trying to get more since going back to the gym as you should get as much sleep as possible when training.

@Fro: I usually get full 8hrs but since this friggin hayfever I'm hardly getting any sleep.

@spencer: That's a bit much isn't it? Surley they have to give a bit of leeway?

Same here, got in at half 1 last night, and up for 7

Need more sleep, feel fine though. Same routine for a good 6 months or more now
